1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using pmmodi.in ("this site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. This is an unofficial fan page
pmmodi.in is an independent, unofficial fan page created by supporters. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), or the Government of India. Nothing here is an official statement, and nothing posted here is delivered to the Prime Minister.
We do not collect political donations and we do not sell merchandise bearing anyone's likeness.
3. Content & intellectual property
- Our original content (the text and layout we write) may not be copied wholesale for commercial use without permission. You are welcome to quote us with a link back.
- Photographs are used only from licensed or public-domain sources (for example Wikimedia Commons, including Prime Minister's Office images under the Government Open Data License – India), each credited to its source.
- Names, trademarks, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used here only in a nominative, fan capacity.
- Videos are embedded from official YouTube channels or are our own original fan videos. We do not re-host third-party footage.
If you own material used here and want it credited differently or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
4. Your submissions (Fan Voices & comments)
When you post a message or comment, you confirm that it is your own, and you give us permission to display it publicly on this site. Submissions are reviewed before they appear.
You agree not to post anything that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, misleading, spam, or that attacks any person, community or religion. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission at our discretion, and we may block misuse. Your contact details given when posting are kept private and are never displayed.
5. Advertising
This site is free to use and is supported by advertising, which may include Google AdSense and promotions for our own or partner brands. Ads are labelled.
